I was born and raised in Penrose, Colorado, a very small town just south of Colorado Springs. I worked in Business Administration for approximately 10 years before taking some real estate courses at the local university to learn more about my own burgeoning rental properties. Little did I know I would soon be eating, sleeping and breathing real estate. Therefore, I obtained my license and went full time in 1978. I was a graduate of the Real Estate Institute in 1980 and obtained the degree of Certified Residential Specialist in 1982. From 1978 to 1985, I was top producer for my employing brokers.

After many years of selling, even though I had also been managing as well, I made the big leap and decided to specialize in Property Management.  In 1986 I opened All Seasons, LLC, CRMC in the same comfortable building we are still in.  I am past president of the local chapter of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and hold their RMP (Residential Management Professional) and MPM (Master Property Manager) designations. In September 2008, our company was awarded the prestigious CRMC (Certified Residential Management Company) award. 

I currently serve as Legislative Representative for our local Chapter and have served on the National Governmental Affairs Committee as well as the Long Range Planning Committee.  I am currently the Southwest Regional Director for the National Association of Residential Property Managers.  Please e-mail me if you are interested in top-notch management of your home.

Danielle
I joined the All Seasons, LLC CRMC team as the Comptroller in August of 2004. I received my Real Estate license in 2006 so that I could also perform Property Management duties.  

I am a current member of NARPM and have served on the local Board of Directors. I currently serve on NARPM's National Governmental Affairs committee. I assisted All Seasons, LLC in earning the prestigious Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC) designation in 2008 and followed that up by earning my Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation in 2009.  I am currently working toward earning my Master Property Manager (MPM) designation. 

I feel truly blessed to be a part of the All Seasons, LLC CRMC family.  I love my job and enjoy working with all of our valued customers, clients and vendors.

Grace
I was born and raised in Colorado Springs. I am a graduate of St. Mary's high school, Class of 1978. After graduation I enlisted in the Army Military Police Corps. I served three years on active duty in Germany than went on to serve eight more years on active duty reserves in Virginia. I was honorably discharged November 1989. 

I returned home to Colorado Springs in 1989 to manage several retail stores here in town. In 1995 I took a job opportunity with the Colorado Department of Corrections. I worked in Custody and Control for almost 10 years as a Housing Sergeant. 

After commuting to Denver for so many years I wanted to do something that kept me here in the Springs, so I went to and graduated from Jones Real Estate College May of 2005.  In June of 2005, I started working at All Seasons LLC, CRMC. It has been an incredibly rewarding experience to work with such a great group of people and company. I look forward to serving you now and in the future.

Jennifer
I started working at All Seasons, LLC, CRMC in December of 1998 as the receptionist. At the time, I did not know anything about real estate or property management. During the almost three years I was at All Seasons, I began to really enjoy working with people and helping them to find a home that they would enjoy. I took some time off when I had my first child. 

From time to time, I would be called to do some projects for the company, keeping me interested in real estate. In August of 2006, I came back to work Saturdays at the office. I enjoy seeing some of the past tenants I worked with and meeting many new ones. I am also in charge of our quarterly newsletter as well as the drive by yard inspections. I look forward to helping you!

Joan
Colorado Springs has truly become my home. Shortly after arriving here with my husband and three small children, we fell in love with the area and our family grew to include two more children.

Real Estate captured my interest and became my career of choice after our children were grown and I have greatly enjoyed these years as a Licensed Real Estate professional. I am an Associate Broker and have been with All Seasons, LLC, CRMC since its inception. I am a member of National, State, and Regional Real Estate Associations; a charter member of the Fort Carson Volunteer Realtors Program; and a former long time member of the Board of Directors of the Pikes Peak Foreclosure Prevention Partnership.

In 2005, I was joined at All Seasons, LLC, CRMC by my daughter, Grace Roberts, also an Associate Broker and we enjoy working together as part of such a wonderful team.

Matt
I joined All Seasons, LLC, CRMC in December of 1998. I started out only working on Saturdays, however in June 2004, I earned my Real Estate license and began working full time. Prior to getting my license, I worked at a local television station doing various "behind the scenes" duties.

I am a current member of NARPM and am a Past President of our local chapter. I am always continuing my education and received my RMP (Residential Management Professional) Designation at the NARPM National Conference in Scottsdale in 2007. I am currently working on my MPM (Master Property Manager) designation and hope to have it soon.

I am the Head Property Manager as well as Vice President/Assistant Manager of All Seasons, LLC, CRMC. I handle owner concerns and between Andrew and I, we take care of the property walk through's and turnovers. I also maintain the website.

I can honestly say I love my job. My favorite part is seeing the final product of properties "made ready" for a new tenant, as well as hearing from satisfied clients and customers.

Patty
I grew up in Colorado Springs; in 1966 I married into the Air Force, traveled with my husband for 20+ years, raising our family. We retired from the Air Force and eventually returned home. 

I managed Mini Storage before retiring in 2000. We purchased our home then and in 2001, I became an assistant to our realtor who worked for All Seasons. I continued this for 8 years, in addition to working at the All Seasons, LLC, CRMC office on a part-time basis, especially during the busy times of the month. 

I have been at All Seasons, LLC, CRMC for 6 years now and work about 20 hours a week, wherever I am needed. The variety of my work and working with this great team makes my job the best and retirement great!

Sue Ann
I grew up in Colorado Springs, except for 12 years of leading the military spouse life. I had 17 years of front desk experience in the medical field before spending 4 years as a cleaning contractor for the rental properties All Seasons, LLC, CRMC managed. 

In June 2008, I joined the staff at All Seasons, LLC, CRMC as the Administrative Assistant at the front desk. I am happy to greet and help you when you come into the office or direct your call when you phone us!
