Andrew I was born and raised in Colorado Springs, however, a couple of years after I graduated from Adams State College with my Bachelor of Arts degree in music, I moved to Miami for a year and then resided in the Los Angeles area for five years. During this period away, I made a living bartending, as a travel agent, playing in various bands, and even appeared on a couple of episodes on a nationally syndicated sit-com.
My wife and I moved back to Colorado Springs mid-September in 2009 and not shortly after that I began working for All Seasons. I am so proud and excited to be working for a company that is really pushing to revolutionize this business of property management. Also, to be a part of a company that has such wonderful values and integrity.
I assist Matt with the property turnovers and inspections and am learning more and more each day. I am looking forward to meeting you and helping you with anything that I can.

Carolyn I was born and raised in Penrose, Colorado, a very small town just south of Colorado Springs. I worked in Business Administration for approximately 10 years before taking some real estate courses at the local university to learn more about my own burgeoning rental properties. Little did I know I would soon be eating, sleeping and breathing real estate. Therefore, I obtained my license and went full time in 1978. I was a graduate of the Real Estate Institute in 1980 and obtained the degree of Certified Residential Specialist in 1982. From 1978 to 1985, I was top producer for my employing brokers.
After 20 years of selling, even though I had also been managing as well, I made the big leap and decided specialize in Property Management. I am past president of the local chapter of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and hold their RMP (Residential Management Professional) and MPM (Master Property Manager) designations. Just this past September, our company was awarded the prestigious CRMC (Certified Residential Management Company) award. I currently serve as Legislative Rep for our local Chapter and serve on the National Governmental Affairs Committee as well as the Long Range Planning Committee.
Please e-mail me if you are interested in top-notch management of your home.

Janet My real estate career began in 1992 in Fremont County just south of Colorado Springs. I was selling residential properties in Canon City, Penrose, Florence, and other outlying areas. About a year later, I had an opportunity to move to Alaska to go to work for a major cruise line in the Last Frontier. I returned to Colorado in 1999 and began working again in real estate in the Colorado Springs market. My main focus eventually became working for high end builders in model homes in Stratton Forest, Stratton Preserve, and the Broadmoor Spires area.
In September 2009, I joined All Seasons working on weekends and some holidays showing rental properties. I thoroughly enjoy being out and around meeting new people and helping them find a new place to live whether it is a large home or even a small apartment. Helping military families relocate is especially rewarding to me. I am looking forward to a long working relationship with All Seasons and would love to help you find a new home.

Jennifer I started working at All Seasons in December of 1998 as the receptionist. At the time, I did not know anything about real estate or property management. During the almost three years I was at All Seasons, I began to really enjoy working with people and helping them to find a home that they would enjoy. I took some time off when I had my first child. From time to time, I would be called to do some projects for the company, keeping me interested in real estate. In August of 2006, I came back to work Saturdays at the office. I enjoy seeing some of the past tenants I worked with and meeting many new ones. I am also in charge of our quarterly newsletter as well as the drive by yard inspections. I look forward to helping you!

Joan Colorado Springs has been my home for 53 years. Shortly after arriving here, I embarked upon a career in the Paramedical field during which 20 years were devoted to Electroencephalography, better known as EEG. I held management positions at St Francis Hospital, Fort Carson Army Hospital and was associated with a Neurological Group Practice. I was a member of The American Society of EEG Technologists and The Rocky Mountain Society of EEG Technologists, in the last of which I held elective offices of President, Vice President and was a member of the Board of Directors.
Real Estate captured my interest and became my career of choice after our children were grown and my husband retired. I have enjoyed 26 years as a licensed real estate professional; a member of national, state, and regional real estate associations; a charter member of the Fort Carson Volunteer Realtors Program; and a member of the Board of Directors of the Pikes Peak Foreclosure Prevention Partnership under the auspices of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors.
My overall experience and my continuing active participation in the affairs of the real estate industry enable me to use these resources to benefit you in your next real estate transaction. I am dedicated to giving you the best possible service and to meeting your real estate needs. Visit my webpage at joanharry.com

Patty I grew up in Colorado Springs; in 1966, married into the Air Force, traveled with him for 20+ years raising our family, retiring from the Air Force and eventually returning “home”.
I managed Mini Storage before retiring in 2000. We purchased our home then and Kari Simpson, was our realtor. In June, 2001, I became Kari’s assistant and continue to do so, in addition to compiling and publishing the All Seasons bi-monthly sales newsletter.
About 2 years ago, I started working at the All Seasons office on a part-time basis, especially during the busy times of the month.

Suzi I grew up in Penrose influenced by a father who bought, built, and sold more properties than anyone else. I am a native of Colorado and a 4th Generation resident of Fremont County. After graduating from Florence High School, I went to work as an administrative assistant at St. Josephs Hospital. After realizing that I couldnt sit still for 8 hours, I purchased a clothing store. My next adventure took me to Wal-Mart for 19 years, where I was involved in personnel, community involvement coordinator, and management. After my last child started college, I decided to make a career change. With my husband, Bob, in the building business, our partnership in a subdivision, and the fact that I am a people person with lots of energy, I decided that Real Estate was the perfect fit. (Of course a little coaching by the #1 Realtor, Aunt Carolyn, was a big influence too!)
As a professional, licensed Realtor, I can help you with all of your Real Estate needs in Fremont, Pueblo, or El Paso County. I look forward to meeting and working with you!
