Angie Horning I grew up in San Diego and moved here along with my parents, my
brother and his wife, and my family in 1994. My husband Greg and I started a
mobile automotive paint repair business in 1994 and have been running it
together ever since!
I have three kids. Janae is 18 and going to school in New
Jersey, Trae is 16 and a junior at Palmer and Sam is 11 and in 6th grade at
North. We are very much a sports family enjoying hockey, lacrosse, baseball and
golf. In fact I met Kari because she was Janaes first soccer coach!
Greg and I have done some real estate investing of our own over the years and I have always wanted to get my license. With our kids getting older the time finally seemed right!

Carolyn Rogers I was born and raised in Penrose, Colorado, a very small town just south of Colorado Springs. I worked in Business Administration for approximately 10 years before taking some real estate courses at the local university to learn more about my own burgeoning rental properties. Little did I know I would soon be eating, sleeping and breathing real estate. Therefore, I obtained my license and went full time in 1978. I was a graduate of the Real Estate Institute in 1980 and obtained the degree of Certified Residential Specialist in 1982. From 1978 to 1985 I was top producer for my employing brokers. In 1981 I purchased the building which now houses All Seasons, Realtors and it has been our comfortable office ever since.
I am a past president of the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and I am always continuing my education. I have just received the MPM (Master Property Manager) award from the National
Association of Residential Property Managers National convention in Kona, Hawaii. There are only 160 of these designations nationwide. After 20 years of selling I made the big leap and decided to do Property Management exclusively. So if you’re looking for a property manager call Carolyn!

Jennifer Blanco I started working at All Seasons in December of 1998 as the receptionist. At the time, I did not know anything about real estate or property management. During the almost three years I was at All Seasons, I began to really enjoy working with people and helping them to find a home that they would enjoy. I took some time off when I had my first child. From time to time, I would be called to do some projects for the company, keeping me interested in real estate. In August of 2006, I came back to work Saturdays at the office. I enjoy seeing some of the past tenants I worked with and meeting many new ones. I am also in charge of our quarterly newsletter as well as the drive by yard inspections. I look forward to helping you!

Suzi Adamson I grew up in Penrose influenced by a father who bought, built, and sold more properties than anyone else. I am a native of Colorado and a 4th Generation resident of Fremont County. After graduating from Florence High School, I went to work as an administrative assistant at St. Josephs Hospital. After realizing that I couldnt sit still for 8 hours, I purchased a clothing store. My next adventure took me to Wal-Mart for 19 years, where I was involved in personnel, community involvement coordinator, and management. After my last child started college, I decided to make a career change. With my husband, Bob, in the building business, our partnership in a subdivision, and the fact that I am a people person with lots of energy, I decided that Real Estate was the perfect fit. (Of course a little coaching by the #1 Realtor, Aunt Carolyn, was a big influence too!)
As a professional, licensed Realtor, I can help you with all of your Real Estate needs in Fremont, Pueblo, or El Paso County. I look forward to meeting and working with you!
