Time to Start Watering Again! 

Spring has sprung! But it's been a long dry winter, and our yards are screaming for your help! Please remember: hand-watering the plants & the lawn is part of your lease. 

If you have an automatic sprinkler system, Colorado Stoneworks will notify you when they active your system, which should be between April 16th & May 5th. Make sure you cooperate with their time request so all these systems are up and running soon, feeding the thirsty plants. The activations start from South to North, so that means that Fountain will be first, working up to Monument last.  If your system is not activated by May 11th (or you have other questions about watering responsibilities) please email Grace@all-seasons.com and she'll help you out.

And warning!! As they say on MythBusters, don't try this at home! In this case, do not attempt to turn the automatic sprinkler system on by yourself.  We have already had several tenants do this, and they regret it!  If there is a freeze or damage, you will be responsible for the repairs. Neither of us want that.

If you have paid for various yard services such as aeration, fertilization, and weed control, Colorado Stoneworks will notify you about these services as well.
